The more and more I drive round this track, the more I like it. Unlike previous races, I've also paid more attention to trying to get the set-up right and learning what settings affect what on track. I've still got some way to go, but just fiddling around and testing I improved my lap time by 4 seconds. (It's still not record breaking, don't let that put anyone off - I fully expect to finish at or near the back.)

Looking forward to the race later!

I've never set foot here so I've no idea what to expect?

Andrew, I'd bet you're having trouble at the end of the valley of lefts? That's the toughest spot in the sim track though IRL holding it wide open thru T1, T2 is what took b*lls. We would be in the pit, listening as riders going down the straight approached and listened to hear if they rolled off the throttle :)

That is a tough spot, but I'm happy with how I am taking it, so long as I straighten the car out quick enough. There's a little bump on the top of the slope which if you aren't careful will spin you off at high speed - I imagine if there are some cars side by side at this point in the race there could be some sad drivers. And the slightest tap may send some cars right around.

I haven't had as much time on track as I'd have liked, but enough to be able to get into a flow.
