Very enjoyable evening :)
Changed my mind halfway through the qualifying and left the Corolla in favour of the Cruze, it proved to be a good move.

I had written a loooong essay about my two races, but I think my video-recaps will do the job a lot better. I'll put them in here tomorrow :)

My second race looked like this:

good racing with a few trading paint moments.
R1, slow start falling back to last and encountered a head-on with a Chev in Turn 1.
My car seemed ok and began the chase from the back. Through attrition, I found myself in 9th. Then Rui Martin started to push me a little. A couple of taps in the corners as he tried to pass but he waited for me to go ahead. Then Roy Magnes joined our pack and both got by me after an off. Finished 11th.
R2 another slow start. Had a tap from Dennis Phelon but even tho it appears that I cut into him in the corner, he waited for me to get back on the track - thanks. Finished at the back and had a great race with Martin Leyfeld. Even tho we had no tires left, managed to slide around till the end. On the last lap, we both had a slide into each other and then spent a few seconds both waiting for each other to go first. A memorable moment.
So, racing at the back can be just as much fun as being up front (which I have not had any experience yet).
