The more I drive these cars the more I like them, race 1 was a washout for me, clipped a wall on a spin and blew the engine. Race 2 I started from pole and was completely scared of the quality drivers behind me, took the corner as wide as I could to let the obviously quicker people through, almost had Rui F. Martins chased down to take over 6th place but I fumbled coming out of the 4-apex turn and he was gone, but I did finish on the lead lap so I'm happy.

Q: did a personal best, not very good, but it was a pb, but my game minimized and crashed so i lost the time :(

fortunately i was able to get back to the server before warm-up
R1: started from the back, at turn 3 LAG , i just smashed the brakes to avoid hitting anyone, a car had spun in that turn so i gain a position 2 corners ahead 2 cars spun and i passed then, at the end of lap 1, on the hairpin after the big straigth Paul Selvidge (i think) did a better braking, when i saw him on my mirror i decided to go wide so he can passed if he wanted, but unfortunately he spun (sorry if it was my fault). The rest of the race i did it alone, no major mstakes, almost at the end of the race the police fired some shots at some thieves that were trying to get away and i lost my concetration for the rest of the race, fortunately i was able to avoid any major mistakes. Finished 6th.

R2: Started from 3rd, decided to take it very easy on T1 so i went to the back, at lap1 Erik Bennet was aproaching but it seems he had some kind of problem ( i hope it wasn't any kind of behavior i had, if so let me know) and lost some time, although he was able to mantain a steady gap and even gain some time on me during the race. At lap 8 or 9 i made a small mistake, i thought Erik was going to catch me but he must had some problem too, because the gap increased, i maintains the position until the end finishing 6th.

COngratulations to top3 and those who finished.
Thank you for the race, and hope to see you on more gt race's, unfortunately i won't be able to be on the next race, but i'll try to be in the others :)

Nope not your behavior that made me lose that time, I noticed you fumbled a bit and I tried a little too hard on the corner to catch up, ended up getting too wide and lost all my momentum. Thought we were going to have a epic battle at lap 8 but after that fumble I could never get the gap back down to less than 4 seconds. Good racing!

We encourage all of our drivers to use Teamspeak 3 (download). Talking directly to your fellow drivers increases the fun and the ability to share information quickly and easily. It will improve your driving skills dramatically as well as your relationship with your fellow drivers.

When you have signed up for an event we expect you to be there. If for any reason you can not make it you can sign out up until one hour prior to the practice session. If you do not then you will be reported as a no-show.

If the event uses a two race format then you are expected to be present for both races. If you leave during or after the first race without prior notice then you will be reported as a no-show.

You can not sign up as a 'maybe'. We will not reserve grid places for people that might be there, we give them to people that will be there.

When qualification starts and not all places are taken, reserves can then enter the server.

Having got a decent start and needing to go left over the startline to avoid the slow away Corvette in front, I missed my breaking point at the first turn almost taking Appie Kuipiers nose off. I will check the replay to see if I did make any contact. At turn 3 I ran wde to let everyone through. Although I am familiar with this track, I wasnt with the cars so I didn't expect too much from the race.

I was more than happy finshing race 1, albeit 1 lap down due to 2 spins on laps 10/11. Race 2 I managed to blow my engine about 6 laps in!

I checked my replay and it seems I did clip the front of Appie at turn 1. It was very minor and both of kept going. Apologies for that hit. A few corners later and I saw Appie and another car had collided and were off the track.

Rui, you running a little wide on the hairpin didn't put me off and make me spin. I shocked myself that I was that good on the brakes. It went to my head and I totally lost it without any help :p

All in all, a fun race and I found the cars pretty driveable.

As for our 'bigger touch' you completely rammed into me in your attempt to block me which I can sort of understand as you thought I'd blocked you.
Im not complaining, just explaining that i didnt intentionally squeeze you.
Good racing

Ok , i didnt see you (so it wasnt intentional) , and i would not have thought you wants to pass there ....btw i was the bigger subject suffering from case , because lost 2 positions , and suspension damaged, but maybe was my fault.
But doesnt matter, next time we will drive with more care with each other .....
