Second time on these cars and I had more fun this time, probably because there were more than 6 people in the server

I was crap round a few corners which made it very hard to hold position. It was mainly the hairpin and the chicane after the back straight that I struggled round. My car lost all grip towards the end in both races, a slight setup change in for race 2 made it a little bit better but I still need a little more time in these cars to get it right.

Only time I was pushing was at the starts, great starts on both occasions but after the first few laps it turned into a bloomin defensive drive for 25 minutes. I knew I could block anything round most the track if I didn't go off except into the chicane. So it was important to get a decent exit out of the hairpin which I managed most the time. I had the complex (T11-T14) nailed so I could defend easily on both the outside and inside which I had to do a few times. Was a good nights racing and compared to racing in some of the S2000 events, a lot more polite. :)

Still not a fan of the rear-view mirror I have to say. The cockpit was nice, took a while to get used to though, I like to set it at the highest and furthest back from the windscreen so I had a lot of roll cage in my view. Thanks to Remco for sorting it all out and I look forward to another event. :D

Hey James, you did well at the exits and nice to see another one uses cockpit view.
As for the down shift probs some posts above i can only recommend manual clutch. I set it to a wheel button at 13% and had no probs at all. Well, at least when i got no one behind me...

The problems i had was way too much contact from others. R1, Dennis (whoever that was, can't find him here) gave me the 3rd and final touch at the 4th or 5th turn right after start which made me last when i got back to race. He continues with a short "sry".
R2 same story but Marcin said sorry and waited, big difference here for me and thanks for that.

Don't get me wrong, it's just my very own personal taste that i've been pushed and tapped too often. Although these are Touring cars and contacts are more than few in reality either i prefer the more unrealistic way one can say, stay behind if there's no room to pass, don't make contact.

Again, this is no criticism cause all of you i came near especially in R1 acted very mature and showed good manners. Way most time of the 2 races i enjoyed very much. Being right at the trunk of a car in front, watching it been driven at the edge while oneself is doing the same. Still got great moments and pictures in memory with these beauties.
Thanks to everyone took part and the event author

thanks for setting this up, again a nice race. I wasn't very fast but at the end the Marcos appeared to be the most stable car with little setup modification. The track was tricky so I prefered to keep easy drive with stable car rather than extreme driving. I had some good battles but I was too slow :).

Eric, one thing. just to let you know, there is bug in this track. If you go into pits the laps doesn't count. You actually go out and need to do one more lap to finish it which means you end up last, lapped by everyone.
