So, I just ran a 100laps race with the AI. I parked my car on the side of the road and went to take a nap. Karl Brostrom won the race in a Lister Storm after completing all 100laps in 3hours 27mins and 1second

His best lap time was 1:59.226.

Conclusion it looks like we are all good to go

Donington is a great track and time lost is easily gotten back. Previous races here have produced some fantastic racing with trains of cars up to 10 cars long!
Lap times should be 1.41-1.42 for the mid pack, fastest guys reaching mid to low 1.38 in qualifying.

Remember the Sprint race will use the national circuit, Feature race will use the full GP loop

just a suggestion, but do you know if the limits actually apply to the ai? seems like it might be one of those features which isn't really meant to be there in the first place so you never know

Remember I was on the track too. So no, I would think it is all the same. It worked fine at Spa where we had a 2.5hours race (60laps)

So the idea is we all join exactly at the starting time?

Or should we join before hand? With only 5 minutes of quali it will be tough to get the people in.
