PC2 Project Cars 2 Leagues (merged)

I know we are all excited for this release. What I don't know is how many people intend to a) play it on the xbox one and b) would like to join some sort of a formal league here at Race Department.

There are so many possibilities, I've had to calm myself down from getting lost in them. However, my main passion, IndyCar, will probably not be able to be run until the DLC with the ovals comes to the Xbox One.

That said, what sort of series would you like to see? Personally, ones that come to mind are Tudor United Sports Car Series, WEC, British Touring Car, and DTM. One of these could fill the gap for me until IndyCar is possible, but others may have better ideas.

Please indicate below if you are interested and what sort of times you are available and which series' you prefer. We could follow the actual schedule of many a series, due to the timing of the release. Personally, if they get the ovals out before IndyCar starts, I'll probably turn my focus there, but nothing would prevent running another alongside.

The Track

Snetterton Circuit is a motor racing course in Norfolk, England, originally opened in 1953. The circuit is named after the nearby village of Snetterton to the north-west of the circuit. After its use as a USAF base, Snetterton was first used for motorcycle racing in 1953, organised by the Snetterton Combine, an association of clubs in Norfolk and Suffolk. The track was used by both Team Lotus (Formula One) and Norfolk Racing Co (Le Mans) to test their racing cars. In the 1960s and early 1970s the circuit was 2.7 miles in length. In October 2005, Jonathan Palmer of MotorSport Vision, the owners of Snetterton Circuit, announced that the circuit would undergo extensive rebuilding work, in order to lengthen the circuit and improve its facilities. On 23 September 2010, MSV announced that construction of the new infield section and track improvements would be finished in time for the 2011 motorsport season.[6] The main development was the addition of a new one mile infield section, after Sear Corner, which was replaced and renamed Montreal, in deference to it being modelled on the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve hairpin. The final chicane before Senna Straight was also removed and replaced by an extension to Coram curve coupled with a new, tight, left-hand corner named Murrays. In addition to the track work, the redevelopment also improved spectator viewing and increased safety.

Well both races so far I've had a competitive car bit have had stupid cenarios mess it up so not great.

Achieving 3 podiums out of 4 isn't bad. Just hope to keep consistency scoring podiums and maybe the odd win.

I won't be changing car any time soon, finally starting to get the McLaren balanced with the setups.

How would you rate your first 2 events of S6? I didn’t get to race even though I took pole. I was violently removed from the track while in 3rd. I barely won a race that should of been more easy. I ran out of time to race.
After this round car changes are allowed, any considerations? The McLaren is OP so maybe that.

I was just reminded that I am taking my kid to her 18:30 soccer game which is 40 min halves. The field is 10 min from my house so I will miss practice, but should be able to make qualification. If there is a AM room some one else will need to host.
