Hmm.... downloaded the track, installed it without any problems. But the game is crashing to desktop and displaying "rFactor 2 has stopped working" box during loading the track. Putnam Park works fine but this one doesn't. Any ideas how to fix it?

Try and do a reinstall perhaps? It happened to me too on my first install of the game with the tracks that came with the beta, and the reinstall worked for me perfectly

Oh and wickeeed! :-D Trying it tomorrow since today is purely practice until tonights race :>

Well, its simple. The videos you watched are Model tests of a Alpha state mod. We do not bother with physics in rF1 . The entire mod is aimed at rF2. Its only in a Beta stage that we will start making power curves.

Place the file in your packages folder.
Then install it with the Manage Mods section in your rFactor 2 Launcher or ingame at the top of the main menu called. Component Manager.

rFactor 2 Profile Changer v1.1

Description
This small program allow you to change easily and quickly your profile name in rFactor 2.
You can also choose to have just a Nickname in game and restore your original profile.
However, this will not change your ID concerning your rFactor 2 account, the program will interact just into the game.

FAQ
How to restore my original profile ?
First, make sure you are properly logged in the Launcher rFactor 2 and close it.
Then once rFactor 2 Profile Changer is open, click on

A window will open and ask you to confirm the restoration of the profile, click YES. The program will ask you to start the Launcher, click YES.
The program will close and the Launcher will start. Wait a few moments that it identifies you then close.
Your original profile is restored.

How to restore my last modifed profile ?
This fonction can be only applied if you already restore your original profile. Click on

.
A window will open and ask you to confirm the restoration of your last modified profile, click YES. A message will confirm you that operation is now completed and your last profile is reinstated.

Well, currently we are running a rF2 hotlaps plugin that im working on.
Since the updatescoring is not getting called on the Dedicated server yet, this plugin reports your info to a webserver.
