Nice seat William but is the seat not to big for a baby ? :)
My kid is almost 3 years young and i also was thinking of a new seat maybe a Recaro but my wife says: it's to expencive :becky:
We now have a Maxicosi Toby . but we need a bigger one later when he is 3.5/4 years. And that will be a Recaro i hope :)
Good luck with your kid and new seat :)

2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart

Mitsubishi has made up for the crimes it perpetrated on enthusiasts with the last two generations of the Lancer Ralliart. In atonement for its sins, it's fitted the new Ralliart with a detuned version of the 4B11T pulled from the Evolution X, producing 235 hp and an unknown amount of torque. Additionally, Mitsubishi has decided to fit the Twin Clutch-SST transmission, pulled from the high-power and high-priced Evo X MR. The TC-SST clicks off the shifts through a set of steering wheel mounted paddles and sends power to a full-time all-wheel-drive system equipped with Mitsubishi's Active Center Differential (ACD).

The exterior is so reminiscent of the Ralliart's big Evolved brother that we're sure it'll be mistaken for the X and in addition to the absolutely boss Recaro buckets, the interior materials and amenities seem several notches above its base brethren.

On a personal note: As the guy that berated the Lancer ES in our recent Garage review, when the Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart goes on sale this summer, I'll be one of the first ones in line. It's obvious that the Ralliart is aimed squarely at Subaru's WRX and if they can keep the price around the Subie's (about $25k), the Ralliart stands as one of the performance bargains of the decade. And just think of the mods....

F stands for Fenomenal (Lexus IS F)

Based on the platform that underpins the IS 250 and IS 350 sport sedans, the IS F is a carbon-spewing, tire-vaporizing mutant, the gentrified Lexus family's black sheep (and you know how much fun black sheep can be). Given Lexus's carefully cultivated reputation for civility, the rip-snorting IS F shouldn't even be here. And yet, by sheer force of will (see sidebar), it is. Lucky us. For sure, nothing else in the Lexus stable has the IS F's street-bruiser look. Two inches wider up front than the IS 350, the F also sports a larger grille (improved engine cooling), fat brake ducts in the front air dam, 19-inch, dark-gray BBS forged-alloy wheels, quad tailpipes in a dual stacked array, and a pronounced hood bulge that hints of something menacing lurking underneath.
It's in there. The engine, based on the direct-injection 5.0-liter V-8 that serves in the LS 600hL, was codeveloped by Yamaha; it's upgraded with new high-flow heads, hollow cams, a head-scavenge oil pump (to help maintain even lubrication during high-g loads), titanium intake valves, a dual-inlet air intake (the second intake opens at 3600 rpm for enhanced high-rpm breathing), and other performance goodies. The net result is 416 horsepower at 6600 rpm and 371 pound-feet of torque at 5200. (motortrend)

hmmmmm, interesting

I did my own little test here, looks like RD members realy like European cars much more than Japanese cars.... but why? In most cases they cost less to buy, less to upgrade and handle quite well.
Why don't you all like the Japanese offerings to the sport sedan market?

Spyker to get EU money

Seems spyker is getting new alternative investments. On the website of spyker you can find a button that popups something like this : This project is financed by the European union and the province of flevoland.

The money is there for a new innovative engine in the future of spyker. Are they developing a hybrid system? are and electrical sports car?
Spykers seems to had about €100.000 to develop a specific type of engine, but spykers as sourcing out the engines at Audi...

Victor Muller says the money is not there to develop an engine for the street cars, but for the spyker squadron, a new type of race engine.

Nice pictures. A visit to the Spyker factory is on my wish-list, so I'm jealous! ;)

Were there any cars on the production line with interesting colours? A few orange ones have been made and in China there is a blue C8 Double 12 with purple leather interior.
