No problem. I'm glad I can help. Thank you for listen me.
Hmm.. where to start... it's best to start from the end I guess.
Rain drops you say ? Didn't even test them, didn't have time. I actually did one quick fast lap sessions but haven't noticed any drops.. hmm... now I'm starting to think maybe my totally missing textures of water on track if I choose "wet track" HAS something with your mod after all, since I didn't seen any drops too. I'll say again... I'm sure it's ok with you and 99.9% others but I HAVE to use my old gpu (and some *hitty old drivers with it) so maybe that could be a problem. I'll try with the vanilla "mix" file and see what will happened.
About silly lighting... I forgot to say..
I didn't use reshade AT ALL. I don't love that since that tiny mod can *** the whole game folder so I never use it. I use SweetFx in some games (in Automobilsta it's default after all) but since all those mods take few fps and now I'm down on my gtx260... you'll understand that I just can't afford that to myself. You can see from my screenshot how *hitty my game looks now. But it runs at least.
So, does that perverted blue looks ok to you ?
It's really annoying.
Cams now.
I'm quite satisfied with them now just like I said... and you agreed I believe... maybe some bigger difference between #2 and #3 outside cams. I don't mind FOV changing if it a little bit but you have to agree one thing, when FOV grow bigger track in front of you seems smaller and, imho, it's much harder to correctly estimate braking distance and even when to precisely turn.
Am I right ? Do some testing and you'll see I'm right. So I would always pick a smaller fov for sake of more precise driving.
Btw, what do you use for driving motorcyles ?
Since you drive one in rl I really want to know your ..preferences. I use Logitech 3D. I also got two FF joysticks but I've found this simpler one suits me better. Also, do you play MXGP3 ? It's good game, imho, and all those jumps...
something I can't (read: scared) do on my trusty ScottScale.
Stay safe mate. Keep up, please.
