The file you want to change is in tracks/difficulties/era_2013.

You have to convert the ai_track_difficulties.xml file to be editable or you can download these files to change and use as you like:

Remember LEGEND = 1 and every 0.1 you go down is about 1sec/lap. So I suppose a setting of 0.1 would be like 9sec slower than LEGEND.

Best is to just change the settings on LEGEND so that you can keep your game on that level.

I got the Point.
And all you said works fine in the generated Lap times (for example in qualifying sessions).
The main Problem for is the !RACING SPEED!, means when driving the Race.
As mentioned... your solution works fine for the generated times. So for example the Laptime of AI in qualifying is 1:36. But it doesnt help me much if in Race (means when the race starts) their lap times are again 1:´22 and faster. That doesnt make much sense cause ist kinda frustrating if you dont even stand a Chance to Keep the racing pace.
So there has to be another Point where to Change it...or something is just not working for me. Anyone may have an idea how to solve it?
