I think Di Resta will go to Mercedes GP to team up with Rosberg. Massa goes back to Brazil or IndyCar. MSC to partner Alonso for indeed one year as a bridge to Perez.

I think Hamilton will go to Mercedes, than Di Resta to McLaren. maybe Kovalainen to Force India, he really deserves a better ride.
Yeah and Ferrari.. I don't know. Maybe Perez to Ferrari and Robin Frijns in the Sauber, since it's rumoured he can test for Sauber in Abu Dhabi, (although he and Sauber deny that)..

Don't really think MSC will want to go to Ferrari again. He's got nothing left to prove, whereas with Mercedes, I'm sure he will want to finish the 'project' (he called it that way himself) he's begun in 2010.
But admittedly, perhaps there would be some appeal in competing with the guy who dethroned him in a superior car, but this time on equal footing. Then, if Alonso beats him again, he could finally step down in the knowledge that his time really is over
