I deleted both files but the mod wont delete

This mod only contains config files. If you really delete both files, this mod is gone for 100%

My computer plays the newest games at 144fps. This game isnt well optimised. 3080 TI is perfectly fine for this mod. my fps drops to under 100 well using this mod even on the 1080p setting. The last turn on Spa dipped below 40 fps. so i removed the mod in the end.
