Im trying to figure out how to stop the idle/slow driving steering wheel shakes. Its very noticeable with a DD..
there is an easy way?

I guess its not a matter of settings as I visually see all 4 wheels shaking on pacific and LA tracks

Good to know I am not the only person with the same problem...
Hopefully there is a solution.
 
The solution to the shaking/jitter is to install CSP (v0.1.74+?) and enable the "double precision physics engine" which is a dumb name for a fantastic, game-changing feature. This should sort you out. (It even makes a noticeable difference on official Nords.)

Thanks! its actually better now with this option enabled but it still shakes unfortunately (much less)

I would like to inform everyone who owns a full version with drivable VIP parts, you can now drive those with traffic (multiplayer only).
Server Name:
Cruisin USA | L.A. Canyons | VIP Two Way Traffic
Needs: CSP 1.77
You do not need to install any additional files for VIP traffic to work. VIP traffic is installed on the server.
Just connect and enjoy. The server also features teleport and car color change. Access those in the bottom of the chat window by clicking on extras (light bulb icon).

guys help pls... i put traffic mod for la canyon but when i open it , the ai just stay in their pits waiting for their turn instead of infinite traffic. the ai flood is turned on but still it happens

Make sure you're using "traffic" or "2 way traffic" layout, are in trackday mode and with fuel consuption turned off. That should work. Also, sometimes I noticed AIs standing still with agression and strength values to the lowest. AI from traffic layout is limited in speed so you shouldnt have to lower strength anyway...
 
For two way traffic I select the appropriate LAC map, go to 'track day' and add in which cars I want. Works every time.
Since I am not able to fix the problem by myself I am asking for advice. I downloaded LA Canyons 1.2 Main and LA Canyons 1.2 VIP Platinum.



I tried installation via Content manager drag and drop as well as manual installation of

- LA Canyons 1.2 Main, LA_Canyons_1.2_Main_200202

- LA LA_Canyons_1.2_VIP_Platinum_200202

- PCH_Hide_Wrong_Way__Flags manually into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa folder



I am running a VR setup with a Reverb G2. You can find the content manager session settings as well as the error appearing on the attached screenshots.



Starting the non restricted versions of LAC works while the VIP tracks (Silver and Gold) would always show this error.

I highly recommend the new LAC servers with AI traffic, teleporting and portals. They add a whole new dimension to LA Canyons. Driving through AI traffic together with other "human" cars is addictive. Teleporting instantly to a bunch of different locations helps a lot when you are stuck but don't want to get back to the pits, or if you just want to start your drive from some other location. Portals are a feature where you go through one of these and end up on a different track, in this case in Pacific Highway. This is just cool.
 
Hi! Map is great and I love driving on it, but somehow the texture quality is very bad for me. Undoubtedly this comes from my side, not the track, but I can't seem to figure it out. Does someone have an idea? (example of bad quality is the road and yellow lines on the road, they're blurry, whereas I dont have this on other circuits)
