Bottom right in MM make sure the paths are correct.
Change to whatever your is.
To change just click on the x at right and navigate to the folder.

ok found the mod manager used it still cant get in un subscribed to cars and it wont even dowload the cars

Then check that mods and components are selected.

Restart Steam and subscribe to the mods again if the previous didn't work.

RF2 can sometimes be a bit bitchy...

What is the problem exactly? Usually, when something go wrong, after clearing the steam cache, I also do a file integrity check.

I think that's good advive Luca. I'm trying to get a screenie of the error message. Orlando sent a DL link to a Google Drive file but unfortunately I don't have permission to view it yet.
He told me that it's something about missing content. The only time I recall any mention of missing content is during the auto download when joining a server. In other words, I wonder if it was downloading content and maybe Orlando didn't understand the meaning of the message. It could just be a language problem. Or maybe I'm wide of the mark. We can't tell till we find out exactly what the error message is.
