Game crashed . . game message: Some texture's format or size might be wrong . .on retry, AC asked once if this track was meant for AC, then tried to load without the shader, but no go. . thanks for effort, looks good if it would work. Did I do something wrong?

Hi have you tried a fresh install of the mod removing the older version? It's very strange because I only had this error when I started working on this track a long time ago. I'm sure everything is ok with the texture format in actual version.

Hello. This mod does not require DLC. My friend runs the track without any addon . I do not know what can cause this error but I have a suspicion that it has to do with one broken billboard but I am not sure. By the end of the year there should be a version 1.0 where I will try to fix this bug.I hope that then no one will have problems with launching. I'm sorry I can't help you so far. I have no idea what this is related to. Are you using shaders patch?

after i tested your mod i installed the 'shaders lights patch'.
i think this patch shouldnt be the problem, but thats just guessing ;)

Hi ,the new update after a short break from modding is almost finished but I will not be able to publish it this year as I promised. My computer has to be replaced so I cannot finish the work for now. However, the update is 90% complete so it should be ready for the beginning of next year. All the bugs from the previous version will be fixed and I added some details etc.

As a bonus I can say that you can expect another project which is waiting for one of the authors approval. It is on a...

I'm watching a race in a small car called Formula student.
I'm watching the race in my small car, and it seems that I can't get through the S2 section properly, and sometimes my ranking goes wrong...
When I investigated the cause, I found out that both the forward and reverse section time objects are in one kn5, and I think the reason is that the time object is on top or the width of the time object is too narrow.

The update is complete and waiting to be uploaded. However, it is probably cursed, because first I almost lost everything associated with it and now for several hours trying to upload it. In addition, I have lost the patch notes and have to write them from scratch. I will try again today.

yeah something with the map file went wrong, maybe you tried to alter it and it saved the alpha channel differently.

also some small observations: I think most objects are too bright, you use 0.5 or 0.6 for ksDiffuse and ksAmbient which may be a bit high. Your crowd in the grandstand may look and work better if you used the normal Kunos camera facing crowd mechanic (using the camera_facing.ini), which you could also use your existing texture for if you don't want the standard Kunos rendered weirdos :roflmao:

But its a great track and a great recreation of this classic as it is :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
 
I've really been enjoying the mod, brings back all the classic memories, and really helping to fuel my anticipation for the upcoming Gran Turismo 7. There is one thing I wanted to point out though;

I've seen this GT logo shared around quite a lot, but its incorrect. The colours aren't the correct shade, and the logo shouldn't have any red in the "G".

The coloured version of the logo should look something like this. Don't mind that it mentions its for "Gran Turismo 4", its the best example of the logo I could find online at the time of this post.

Just wanted to share if the track receives any future updates. :)

Thank you for noticing this error in the texture. It was there from the beginning but I did not notice it. Surely there are still many updates ahead of me. in the next one I will correct it :)

Trigger reverb is definitely on the track but it is possible that something has happened to it. It is very possible that my program simply rotated the trigger after "rendering" the track. I have noticed that sometimes this happens. But sometimes it works depending on the vehicle used. I will try to fix this in the next update and add it to the "to do list."
I will try to look at the mini map. It was there from the beginning and I forgot about this problem because I don't usually use it. Thanks for noticing the problems.
