it can literally be 100 different things. Try with 1 kunos car only, make sure car instruments are turned on in CSP settings. Check the error in the log files.automatic "race cancelled" when trying to start in any driving mode like race hotlap practice etc, tried the UI fix and reverting csp version. any help or work around?
The edge of the road has a different surface but it's purely for the sound, there shouldn't be any other effects. I've just checked each layout's surfaces.ini and everything looks ok. No idea why you might be experiencing otherwise.Since the update the edge of the road (yellow lines kinda width) now handles like offroad, noise, car bouncing etc.
yeah definitely there the last foot or so of the road is the same as being offroad, it doesn't lose grip but I get the offroad noise and feedback through the wheel is rough. This has been my favourite course since it came out the B road blast feels just like going to Cadwell on the Horncastle road. The edge of the road has a different surface but it's purely for the sound, there shouldn't be any other effects. Sorry, it is not working. Message during start up of AC (Errors with content: highforce, highforce, highforce, highforce, highforce, view log for details). Highforce is not found in the list of tracks.Brun submitted a new resource:

Could be hard finding a diagnosis with so few details. Posting the log file mentionned in propeller's post might help.Hi there
I'm not getting High Force 1.0 to work: Upon game start up I'm getting the same error message mentioned by Propeller63 above. My first thought was I was doing something wrong, since I'm very much a non-expert on gaming, but I've no idea what else to do. The game starts up, but no High Force under the track list. Has anyone got any ideas? I never downloaded any older versions of the track, btw, so mine is a brand new install of High Force. For the record I copied the high force folder into the tracks folder of AC. No changes made anywhere...Please help!
I'm ashamed to say I'm very much the rookie here. - waay out of my depth! Could you perhaps give a couple of pointers on how to access the log and I'll do my best to post it here...Thanks so much!Could be hard finding a diagnosis with so few details. @Brun, thanks for the fix. In addition to this, I downloaded the Content Manager, updated the CSP and now play the game from there. High Force works fine from the Content Manager. A funny thing I'm experiencing though is that sometimes, at any random spot along the track, my Logitech G29 completely "loses" it's force feedback, or goes a bit haywire by constantly pulling to the left or right. So when you let go of the wheel, it "self-centres" at full lock...I then have to restart my PC, or unplug and reconnect the G29 from USB while in Windows before it will work again...This happens at random, but not only on High Force, it has happened on one or two other DLC tracks as well. The type of car selected does not make a difference. Anyway, will still look into that, but for now, High Force works great from the CM, apart from the random (likely unrelated) G29 issue. Thanks very much! It's an awesome piece of work.

I've no idea...It might be...I will check. If it's ON, I will switch it OFF, and vice versa, and see if there is a difference. I only really have time to play on some weekends though, so it may be a while before I get to make the change and respond, but I will do so and let you know. Thanks for the tip! Let's hope it sorts it out!Content Manager will save you many headaches in the future, you won't regret it
Do you have double precision physics enabled in CSP(Settings>Custom Shaders Patch>General Patch Settings>Physics tweaks in Content Manager)?
Basically - Default AC really isn't made for long tracks like High Force, even Kunos' Nordschleife is pushing the enveloppe. FFB/visual shaking and similar issues used to be common until CSP devs came up with their double physics calculation feature that fixed most issues, but you may still have to enable it on your own AFAIK.I've no idea...It might be...I will check. Yes, welcome to the world of broken Logitech wheels. What is happening is the wires inside the wheel going down to the eletronics in the base, is broken in one or more places and wires are exposed, causing shorts. If the wheel is still under warranty, you send it back, if not, good luck repairing it. Or consider upgrading.@Brun, thanks for the fix. Interesting...Thanks for that. I've had the wheel now for about 5 months and have played BeamNG and Dirt 2 prior to AC without any issues. It only seems to manifest on AC...Anyhow, will check out the CSP soon.Basically - Default AC really isn't made for long tracks like High Force, even Kunos' Nordschleife is pushing the enveloppe. Your issues seem to be a little extreme to be due to that alone, though, especially if you have similar issues on shorter tracks. There's a big chance it could be related to your wheel too.
Oh dear...But like I mentioned above, it only seems to manifest in AC, not any of the other games...Will consider getting something better sometime in the future, I suppose...Yes, welcome to the world of broken Logitech wheels. Also interesting is that I've only experienced it on LA Canyons and High Force. Not any of the other vanilla tracks, even Nordschleife...Interesting...Thanks for that. Did you try enabling the double precision physics option? I think it only works for single player though. Also interesting is that I've only experienced it on LA Canyons and High Force. Not any of the other vanilla tracks, even Nordschleife...
