GTR2 leaques

Was wondering if anyone knows of plans for a gtr2 league at RD in the future...or is this dead from a league perspective?

From league perspective i can't imagine that we will run GTR 2 in the future with all those newer games on the market. But for a clubrace, who knows

I dont mind a good NGT race. Prefer GTR evolution but if you can kick up a full field of GTR 2 i am certainly in for a ride!

I own both GTR2 and GTR Evo and play both.....about 60:40 ratio in favor of GTR2. If you put a gun to my head and made me choose.....GTR2 would be the one.

Gtr2 would not be replacing evo if it was put back in correct? I voted yes but not over gtr evo. I play both but mainly gtr evo.

gtr2 will not replace evo marty ,it's just to have some events with this good old game,no leagues,gtr evo is there for that but just long enduros in the night could be fun

Both are great games that I enjoy playing, but the one reason GTR2 has a slight edge is because I like to drive the Ferrari's and Porche's......I realize that there are mods for evo to include these cars, but I haven't seen any leagues or online races that use them. One other feature that more experienced guys may not really care about, but I do use when learning a new track, is the driving school. Another small thing that I noticed is the graphics on Evo feel 'gloomy' to me. When comparing the same track from GTR2 and Evo, the colors appear duller in Evo. At first I though my graphic settings were off, searching for this online didn't produce any hits. I guess it's just my own perseption of the game.

All of these are small things and I'm guessing that in the future I will end up playing more Evo and eventually retire GTR2.

I used to enjoy GTR2 when I had it, sadly I don't now.

If a club series or something should emerge that offered a change to whats in GT Evo, such as the odd night race and some morgans and othe rcars not in GT Evo it may be worth a repurchase though.

Is it even possible to run in the night on a Race game?

I think GTR2 still alive as it allows to drive in the darkness. It's beautiful to drive in the evening with the lights....

GTR2 is an over-rated game IMO. If you desperately want to do night racing, go get rFactor

GTR2 has a much better night system then rF has, GTR2 is still the best sim at night on the pc.

I like Evo and GTR2, some things I like more in GTR2 others in Evo, but overall I like Evo a little more, just wish they would make some proper lights, even in the rain they come in very handy and look great

GTR2 is still a great game though.

I don't know witch one have the best night system and don't compare it with rFactor. The question is if people want to continue driving GTR2 ! I think it still have good values...
