Thanx For the Pitting Tips all!!!

Hey thanks heaps Guys...
I am really glad I had this here and not in EVO!!!! :amen: I really had a ball I HOPE that there's one tonight Wednesday??? Hint Hint Well there's one on the Calendar..

I recall T1 off the Start I had that Following the Leader vexation happening with Jacco LOL man I just saw this Blue Streak going Deep under brakes and it was memerising you know??? ))))
Anyway I know I left at the same time as Theo just around the First Pit cycle finish and I had a really good time watching Jacco and Marc Battling lap after lap and then the other battles too you could just cycle through I've got some screenies I grabbed in race too I should try and find where they're saved and pop one or two up here...

Hmm, turn out was very good on Monday, and hoping for a race tonight, but turn out was poor last night it seems

Also there was 2 other events on, the Porsches on rfactor and the F3's on Race07 so that will have had an impact I would have thought.

Plus surely more will come even a few would be ok?

We should maybe think of having Plan B's ???

EG: More than x amount of PPL Race is as Stated, full lenght etc...
If Less than x PPL show then we should have a smaller track of similar flow and we could run it at half the distance? and just the 1 Pit Stop???

I really like that idea or would even support a similar format to the Race07 club races where there is a cycle through different tracks..

Anyway, in general I would like to join as much GTR2 farewell events as possible but I'm currently working on my Bachelor Thesis to get my bachelors degree so I don't have that much time at the moment - but I'm gonna join whenever I got some spare time :thumb:

I have to say it is refreshing to come to the RaceDepartment forums and read such enthusiasm for the upcoming releases of SimBin, this is another example. Where the RaceDepartment have full confidence in the upcoming release of GTR Evolution to announce the dropping of GTR2. I think a good idea as to me Race 07’is a level above GTR2.

Also its great that we can come here and don’t have to read all the whinging and moaning about what we believed/perceived was our God given right that SimBin are obliged to release for us. RaceDepartment took on the testing of the Endurance patch and sure we all wanted animated crew workers, and several other things, but we didn’t whinge when we didn’t get it, it was all thanks and praise to SimBin for realising what we were hoping for, an endurance option.

Some other forums and I won’t name names, but I think you know who I am talking about are starting to drive me nuts with negatives and pointless arguments about a sim that isn’t even released yet. Great to see RaceDepartment are well beyond this and appreciate all the hard work that SimBin put in to give us this enjoyment.

Anyway sorry to stray OT, but after seeing this post topic and the kind words and thanks to GTR2 for all the good times, and wanting to give a fitting send off, in readiness for the next chapter in SimBin’s fantastic career . I just thought I would put in my 2cents. I Can’t make the races due to time differences but hoping you have full servers and plenty of fun to boot
