Yes, you can take SCG, I don't officially list it (only for Nords), because its only technically a GT3, but anyway, those who want to drive it, can take it any time.

So, you basically need to have ALL these DLCs to be able to race? if that is the case can't there be a non-DLC option either earlier or later?

I understand that some people don't have all DLCs and AC solution to that is non existent, but I had to abandon the idea of running non DLC GT events, because nobody ever signs up for them, majority want to drive new cars, so I'm sorry, if you can't join, but there will be no extra run on that day. Perhaps you would consider to get DLC's that you are missing, because I'm sure in each pack, there is at least one car for everyone.
