Although in Milos' defense, I can't remember Tapio putting out a message.
He mentioned in the Classic GP Manager that he has to delay the start, so I guess he's either on holiday or pretty busy.

To add too, he said "next wednesday". A week has passed and it's thursday today, so if he misses this one he will get a penalty.

Nowhere has he said he will be offline. He only said he'll be busy, and he'll have to postpone the off-season stuff. Being busy doesn't mean being inactive for a week. Therefore consider this as a warning.
and before anyone asks, the first penalty was from race 1.

I have been informed by the Falcon team that Rob Sharp will be unable to make this weekend's buys. I was informed by Mark, rather than Rob.
Drivers should inform me about inactivity periods and tell me what to do about that, rather than teammates after it happened - to avoid confusion, controvercy, and penalties for inactivity. For this occasion, I let Mark do his buys, so "all on race hp".

New ART livery - leaked!
There have been photos online apparently taken by an ART crew member while the next season's cars were in the paint shop. The biggest change we can see from the picture is that the team is getting rid of their iconic blue design that's been with them for years, and instead a livery very similar to OMR, but with differences to it. It also seems that Lucky Strike has decreased their involvement on the livery this season. The team also seems to have went to Audi power rather than BMW which they used to have in the last two seasons, that brought the team decent amounts of success.
And that Daniel Harvey is still in the team and did not leave for OMR, or MSnarDiTK.. yet.
However, the team manager, when asked, did not want to comment anything on this matter.
