@mystaaRS
I know you're on the waiting list, but can you post sponsors and buys anyway? I don't trust oldwolf in replying one bit anymore. I've sent him a PM, tagged him several times, he responded elsewhere but doesn't seem to respond here. Of course, if he does reply he keeps his seat, he has less than a day to do so though.
When you left you saved up 2200$, so due to the cut-off only 2000$ is actually usable. Plus the bank is open for you.
As a "not entirely new driver" I'm not sure if you get extra money for missed races, I'll ask Jack to see what he would do.

To others, Istanbul will not have commentary

OK. How does the Sponsor "Improve on last quali position" work?

why is that funny :roflmao:
2000$ and 200$ bank, you have 2200$ to spend, potentially an extra 650$ depending on how my discussions with Jack go.

arrgh, I asked two people about it and they have mixed opinions.. well, I'll follow Jack considering he started the GPTCC anyway:
Rami, you have 2200$+650$ for missed races=2850$ to spend.
But in the future, if a driver has over 2000$ saved from previous seasons, the rest would go to bank, in this case however the bank is open anyway. The driver would have the money for missed races added to his account. Seems fair to me, he saved enough money and if he was here since the start, he'd get 2650$ to spend at worst, and it's likely if he got that much to spend he'd have his bank open aswell :p (well, the bank is open as he is technically bottom half in the standings, not guess work).

As oldwolf hasn't replied yet he's out of the series, so I'll wait for your buy and then we do quali @mystaaRS

@Millsy24 sorry mate, rules are rules. I tagged Oldey several times and even sent him a PM (and that's in our 2000 Prost team conversation, 100% sure he saw it)
+1 Race bhp
rest on race skill please
well the market is closed but as I allowed Jamie at race 1 I'll allow this too.

@mystaaRS you have 450$ more to spend if you want to ;)

sorry sorry, big sorry for delaying the weekend yet again. Tomorrow.

Painting mirrors+colour rearwing endplate, adding martini to the rearwing, adding names and replacing the Bosch with Joel/Ben

Voila :p

BLACK MASTERS RAIN

Rain in Istanbul doesn't happen that often, but it happened today, and it was bucketing it down. Diehl set a laptime early to take provisional pole, but due to the drying up track he was unable to keep that. With a laptime later on he could only manage 5th place. His teammate however takes his Eipekkusu to P1 for tomorrow's race. Big makers from the wet were definetly returnee Rami Saidy, who managed 3rd on his Toyota debut (although won't do too much favours for his sponsor money once he starts recieving it), and both the 2KF1s who made it into the top 6. Big suprise came from Lintner, who could only manage 19th.

My comments: it'll be interesting to see if Andy Black can pull away from the start, as he has Sigoulakis, a nice racer, plus McNamara not that far behind him aswell. With that, McNamara would be my bet for victory, if the car doesn't fail. Sigoulakis 2nd and Black 3rd to complete my podium prediction.
