in GPTCC you burn fuel. In Formula E you don't.
GPTCC are touring cars, Formula E are open wheelers.
GPTCC is GP4, Formula E is rFactor, therefore a whole different system of buying
GPTCC market is open, Formula E is not
if you look at the thread avatars to see the game, mine is sort of grey-ish while Jim's is white

very, very hard to spot the difference Yet this is the second person after Benutzername who mixed it up.

but I'll allow his buys in that thread (lol ) after Aidan explained for what it really was, if he says what HP (I can only assume it's race, but hey, I don't know).
