First win for Brugman, first finish for Laad
Donald Brugman took his first career win, after 3 second places in the last 3 races. Laad finished 2nd, the first time this year that his car lasted until the end. Engberink completed the podium.
The start saw a change at the front, as Laad got past teammate Utzer. The rest of the top 6 remained the same. Not much changes in the order until the first round of stops, except for the retirements of Black and Utzer, both with an engine failure. Brugman was among the first ones to come in, some quick laps in clean air after allowed him to jump up to the race lead. Laad dropped to 2nd, the order behind him didn't change. 2 more retirements until the second and final round of stops, both Rinneaho and Kederer suffered engine failures.
Despite different laps for their stops the top 6 didn't change, allowing Brugman to take his first career win ahead of Laad and Engberink. Goddard, Hunsley and Ancevski completed the top 6.
