I've had this phone call a couple times now.

Usually they would ask if my computer was acting slow.

Typically my comment is, "Oh... which computer?"
(some response)
"Well which operating system is it running?"
( "Windows" )
"Which version ?"
( general confusion.... )
"Well I've got multiple desktops and laptops connected right now."
"So which one?"
.......
"I have an MSDN license with MS and have a number of technical support issues per year. For as long as I've paid for this, MS has never done anything until I initiated a support ticket".

"Can you tell me my MS MSDN license # ?"
