Cars Formula V10 by Race Sim Studio

some more progress.

Just downIoaded V2, and I must say, best AC open wheeler, no doubt about it! Master piece, and I am not an easy guy to please :)
Steering wheel is now in perfect position, so it does not effect your point of view.
What I love the most is that the car does not have TC, which help way too much to the guys who only go full throttle :laugh: ;)
And its still the f1 car where downforce does not play the major role, and despite being an f1 car, you have to still be very very gentle on the throttle input. Suck a blast to drive it indeed.

There is just one thing, that could be fixed, its about exposure (on onboard cams). I have to set it up to 130% to all environment look bright enough. Is this only me, or is the same for everyone?
For all the rest cars I use from 60-75%.

Hi Mitja, thanks :)
Yes I always watch a lot of onboard videos and stuff POV with helmet cams,
I tend to see that the drivers eyes are always mostly pointing towards the apexes when they are turning there line of sight is never straight forward, so they never get a blocked line of sight ect,

but in saying that yes maybe in VR will be much more better to drive in this way and not necessarily on a 2D screen with a flat view,
the position never bothered me that much where it was originally, but yes I do agree the car looks better and cleaner this way and also if it helps then I see no negatives from the changes,
just hope everyone enjoys the car for what it is. :)

Like here for example,
I see everyone installing shaders patch, everyone downloading and downloading PP filters and settings and weather mods, all to try and achieve the perfect look ingame to try and make it more realistic,
I mean for me ingame looks perfect, all these things are adjustable like driving position,

like in real life when you go for your driving test, they teach you and teach you always check your mirrors, position your mirrors to achieve the perfect line of sight to your surroundings,
its just 100% reality to do so, everyone does it, its so natural to do so,
make your seat position nice and the alter the mirrors so you are sat comfortable and you can clearly see everything around you clearly,

thing is with these things, exposure, cockpit default positions ect,
these are settings you just make to your liking just the once and save them,
each time you load the car the cameras are there and the exposure is set just right,
you do it just the once, like in reality if you buy a new car or go drive your mums car or a friends car,
would you drive with your mums seating position ontop of the steering wheel ?

I highly doubt this is the case, the first thing you do when you take your mums car,
is to move the seat position and then position the mirrors before you even start the engine,
same thing here man, so what is wrong exactly ? :)

Ok, Ok... :) was just saying. Am I not allowed too? Besides, I do not use any unofficial stuff regarding graphics. About exposure, it does not save, I have to manually set each time, that`s why I was saying.

Anyway, here is some replay to make you feel better of your hard and dedicated work:

@CC
How do I get the effect that the Bridgestone lettering on the tire looks worn?
Hi,
just going out ill be back soon ill send the settings,
have a look at the PSD inside the templates,
make a black and white mask and use the same filters I set in the channel,
also try and do the "alpha spec" layers also will make it look much nicer,
you can duplicate the layers and change opacity also if you want it less worn. :)
