I'm trying to begin a championship, I think real lenght is 50 minutes. After 15 min at Velopark my front right tyre was weared, in the pit is not allowed to refuel as in GSC V8 champ, do you know how many pit stops do in real life? is difficult to find datas about this

Anyone has this information please?
 
Not even sure what they're called :D but can you remove the side head supports/restraints?
It's great on triplescreen but I'd like a good view of inside the cab but at 35-45 FOV I move seat back a bit and cant really see either side. Lots of effort gone into the cab interiors so would be a shame to ignore it :)

I also have the same problem and would like ask for the development team's support.

I usually play GSC and Formula Truck series with large single monitor.
And personally, I always edit ".cam" files and change the camera position.
In my case, lower the "Fov" value and move the camera position backward so that I can get a wider view.
And there has been no problem in GSC series because there is enough space between the dashboard and the seat in GSC.

On the other hand, in Formula Truck, the seat position seems to be close to the dashboard and the headrest/support of the seat obstructs the field of view (like the following pic).

So, if it is possible to separate the "Cockpit Seat" as the individual material and disable it by editing ".gen" files as follows, it would be a great help for Steve and me (and hopefully for other players too).

I'm sorry. in other ISI based sims we can edit it by ourselves. But in Formula Truck, most files are encrypted and we need development team's support.

European championship has nothing to do with Formula Truck.

I saw several FTruck races, they did not do any pitstops (at least planned ones) in any of them. What I am not sure of is whether they do timed races or fixed number of laps. Lap number never seems to be mentioned...

in fact in european champ there are 2 heat of 45 km so no need to change tyres also because I suppose they use normal tyres, I suppose in Brazil the race is 50 minutes long because is the default time in the game, maybe they do 1 pit for tyres, slick tyres as I see in the game, i have to finish my first race of the champ and then to see how many pits the AI do

done first race of champ, 50 minutes and the AI make 1 pitstop

I seems AI is so aggressive (25%) but at the same time weak, I set AI at 95% strenght, but I could win easyly if I woudn't have had stop and go for speed in in the pitline
 
Anyone else having issues with the T500RS wheel, I go in to game, configure the wheel and buttons, all showing as working correctly. Go in to race the trucks, no input from wheel of pedals. The buttons all work, Happened to me last night, so I reinstalled and the same thing is happening, Any ideas anyone?

Works fine in Iracing, GSC 2012, F1 2012, Race 07, Project Cars, RFactor 1 & 2.
 
Very unlikely this will be changed for the initial release. I'll add it to the list of things to look into for a later update, though. For now... don't change stuff so much from default :p

I hear what you're saying but it's actually quite a sizeable change (at this stage) due to the number of cockpit variants.
 
Impressive. Not only looks like the truck behaves just like in RL, but the gears are identical. I use exactly the same gearing in that turn. Makes you feel good to get that close to reality. I couldn't see his foot, but it's a good guess he was clutching it. I'll continue driving it as I have been doing.

I know the game is still open beta version and there are so many things to do of higher priority.
Currently this is not what will cause a big problem in usual gameplay.
So, I'm glad if this would be changed after other major issues are solved.
I really appreciate Reiza Studios development team for listening to our requests and suggestions.
