So, there is no speed limitER, but a speed LIMIT. Slight difference, as it's the responsibility of the drivers as it seems :).
mmm, strange they have to be so exactly without en electronic help, in races also 2 km/h make difference, anyway there is something to tweek because AI overtake the speed limit

I'm using a triple monitor setup.

I have multiview ticked in the initial graphics setup before you start the game for the first time.

I can live with how the two side screens look but I wondered if I change change the rendering angle. Currently the two side screens are rendered as though the screens are at 90 degrees to the centre. Any way I could change this to 45 degrees?

Thanks.

I get the same with Win8 X64, will see if Java6 32 Bit will do something, it seems crashing everytime I try to get to the truck selection, otherwise it works alright in the menu.

I have no rfm and no locations regarding anything in my plr, probably why it just shuts, anyone has the rfm file and the paths set in the plr. ? Would come handy to see if it works then

I use SoftTH for triple screen support, because I'm using mismatched monitors. I've got it working great for iRacing, Richard Burns Rally and European Truck Simulator 2... but can't get it working so far in Formula Truck.

I've got the SoftTH files (config and d3d9.dll) in the game folder. I even tried to modified the config.ini to include "CustomVidRes=(4360, 1024)". But when I open the config app (or try in game) I don't get the multiview option available, nor my custom resolution in the drop down menu.

Ideas?

As we where getting kinda offtopic, I split the thread into a new one.

Not sure what was intended with the game, but as I read it, there is no limiter around. IMO, there should be a setting or something you should be able to set, to make the AI behave as well.

Hi guys don't want to start to grape/complain on a game that's still under development but if you think on getting this game and you are like me Clubsport pedals( CSP) and a Clubsport wheel (CSW) a word of warning !!!
there is no support for your Clubsport pedals in this game, there is no way around this if you have the same setup as me (CSW/CSP), hoop fully the will get it in the next update ( I hoop :))

Onno

Had no right to make changes to the plr by default nor to write anything into the rfm folder, so I changed the rights just need to know the values, it isn't reiza1.rfm because the game doesn't load if this is specified.

Yeah I was just noticing this... but again only a practice so far. Would be odd having the entire race with no enforced speed limit.

I managed to get the crash dump:

As I mentioned I installed the latest driver for NV and the previous NV driver also caused a a problem.

All i did was copy the files(.dll and .config) direct from my rFactor 2 folder and paste it in the Gamedata folder for Formula Truck.

I had problems with other games, Try deleting them and trying again.

The game should recognize up to 3 controllers, and I don't see why certain wheels or pedals wouldn't work. If you have things like button boxes, it may be possible that the game sees for example:
- USB device 1 = button box
- USB deivice 2 = button box
- USB device 3 = Shifter
- USB device 4 = wheel
- USB device 5 = pedals

In this case, you won't have any pedals / wheel as only 1..3 will get recognized. How USB devices are numbered seems kind of random, but make sure you have no more than 3 ''game usb devices'' connected. Then, provided the controllers are calibrated (not sure how Fanatec does that), you should be able to assign the controls in the game just fine..

weird stuff - changed compability from Win XP SP2/3 to Win7 works like a charm now.
I'm using 314.07 driver for GTX275 do have both latest DX9 and DX11 ?
Make sure to check your user rights to have all access not just for the admin.
I couldn't do anything to the plr and gave the whole folder of FTruck all access instead of read only.
