Feel like the area to the airbox to the shark fin could be smoothed out a bit, but again it's just a fantasy car so I guess that's fine :)
Hi Man ,
What the issues I personally was wondering about was ,
I know some other popular company , naming no names , Have released a indy car , bla bla ,
Not totally sure how accurate this car is , but again its Dallara ,
I looked at some of there other content , Which is really nice and accurate ,
Some of our future cars will be also like this ,
But I know R3E Have a similar car in there game ,
Everyone calls this GP2 Also , But again there is no branding as such ,
But believe they have license from OZ and Pirelli for the wheels ect ,

There chassis is also kind of different in style ,
Our car was going to be MM accurate like that indy I mentioned , but not really looked so not 100% I know it is or not ,

But in either case ,
If R3E Are doing something similar and they was a little scared of issues too ,
Then to be totally safe with doing payware ,
My opinion is , if you are not 100% convinced what you are doing is ok , "then stop" and think ,
Because wasting 5-6 weeks and 100,s and 100,s of hrs making something you are not 100% with ,
Is not good buiness or good for business ,

Just my opinion , and like I say , If I had not had seen what R3E Had created , then I wouldnt have wanted to change anything on our chassis either :)

Looks awesome mate...... would love to knock some awesome renders out when its ready :)
Looks astonishing, you will be getting my money again. The F1 17 mod was sensational. I was at Albert Park last weekend and it gave me a great thrill to see the cars I'd driven so many times in action.

Sorry mate, my previous post didn't mean to be offensive! Just two opinions clashing a bit here. It's always good to have some dedicated 3D modders, they are hard enough to find these days and it's even better IMO when they share some passion about F1 feeder series, because these are really rare! ;) Just keep up your work, as long as it's done well (which it seems to be so far!) I'd take it as it is.

Quite the contrary :)
Just thought id answer and explain at the same time ,
Regarding some of our choices ,
We have made quite a few alterations today ,
Hopefully in the next 7 days or so ,
After I finish the front suspension , Can finalize the chassis and do the uvs ,
Then maybe import it into AC :geek:

Be nice to find the exact part number for it somewhere , Im working in this area now ,
Maybe add a light to it as well like the real car :D
You should ask the team for that part number, the light casing looks like an home improvement solution. ;)
And it's only used for testing purposes, not on an regular basis. In these following shots there is no fancy underbody light! :p

Dont get no more realistic than this , This is it .........

I have the Basic layout now ,
All suspension arms ect all finished and UV Mapped ,
But here is the problem I am having ,
I have the DATA , I Made 100% of it at the rear ,
All rockers , springs , arms , ect ect ,
I made what you normally see in games at the front ,
But again I have the DATA ,
So why not just go crazy and make it the most realistic car ever seen with everything :)
Sorry cant help myself ..

This 3D JIG I custom made from real Data , its 100% 0.1MM perfect ,
Everything you can see here .

Please be patient while I go crazy for 2 minutes :whistling:

As you can see ,
At RaceSimStudio , We spare nothing ...
Who cares if you cant see it , its real .

Just the rocker Left and spring and a few nuts N bolts here and there :)
For the center areas ,
Obviously I have the uprights to finish and air intakes ,
But looking almost on par now with the rear end :)
