Jacques Villeneuve has moved from Ferrari to Honda for the 2003 season. Villeneuve joins current driver Pedro De La Rosa at the Japanese outfit. Villeneuve has thanked Ferrari for welcoming him to the team, but is looking forward to a new season with a new team.

You are not obligated to sign a rookie, but can if you want. You can take the risk and sign a veteran if you want to skip the rookies.

The scoring system changes drastically in 2003 and 2009. How will you change the sponsor system here? It seems to me that betting on a Points sponsor versus a Top 10 sponsor is like betting I will finish P9 or P10 but not P8 or P11. Starting in 2009, Points and Top 10 will be the same thing.

I see, was just wondering since you overspent by almost 1000 according to the offseason team infos.
Might be best & easiest to simply change points to top 6
So you would suggest we go from:
Podium - Points - Top 10 - Top 15 - Finish
to:
Podium - Top 6 - Points - Top 15 - Finish
I could agree with something like that.
