I prefer the old Monaco entry to turn 1, no slippery crappy plastic kerb in it, and its seems a lot smoother to drive on than the new one. I think i saw Vettel cut a kerb there big time goign ove rthe yellow boundary....guess FIA didnt see that :eek:
 
They could always test it in a wet practice session to find out what it does. If there are any big worries then they can just plug the hole.
 
I guess it just depends how much downforce it takes away.
As it'll probably be used on the straights only, I'd imagine it'd be fine.
It will produce downforce as well, watch the video ;) It works in turns as well.

It´s a passive system, not active. So legal in that aspect.
However i´m not sure if it´s legal to use the hole in the nosecone to do anything but cool the driver and components.
