The singer is Matti Pellonpää, some of the more culturally informed folks might recognise him from countless Aki Kaurismäki movies.. That dude was just exceptional actor.. The lyrics from Juice Leskinen are way better in finnish riddled with puns, i tried to translate it as good as i could...

Ruusperi = that's how we pronounce his name... Forward the video a bit, the idiot T:A Mikkonen don't even yet know how to pronounce his name... "Kiik Roseberg..." lol... But once you hear that chorus, you'll never be able to forget it, just wait until te season starts and the commentators starts talking about Nico..
