Have you tried a new controller profile?

Might be worth removing the one you have and storing it somewhere else on your HD Alan.
Sometimes worth doing the same with your whole Userdata folder. Should make a new one when you restrt the game.

I've got an early start tomorrow but @slideways Paul will probs be a better bet than me anyhow.
