Lat night I has another run at the TT and the A.I. Could not lower my TT of about 1:01.034. That must have been a helluva lap, but I can see flaws and it's frustrating chasing them only to fail on other parts of the track.

And hell, this track can be downright dangerous. I destroyed my car on a couple of occasions were I never would have expected to. Another wrinkle in the Hatch's mystery...how can it lull you into a sense of comfort going so fast?

Well, against legend, I definitely needed 2 pits. -- OS, P12, O25. I had the fastest lap. In fact, several of them, and I generally has a clean race, but little mistakes cost me with Mansell, like staying on the Primes too long, and not pitting when he did. Also there were bobbles where he scooted past. I could make up time on the frontrunners at the end, but I ran out of time. I should have pitted differently, but the errors were really costly. It was a close, tense race.

I wasn't going that fast, but it's kind of hard to avoid someone who brakes when they are supposed to accelerate...

On my screen I was on top of the kerb expecting you to pass me on the outside through that corner (since that's where you were when I last saw you), which means there would have been no contact. Hence my disgust on the headset when there was contact. Unfortunately China is known for its sync issues and thus on your screen I was in the middle of the circuit, when I wasn't.

But oh well, thankfully we don't have to race on that circuit again so hopefully those kind of incidents wont happen again.

with the new drivers coming in the lvl has certainly gone up a bit....bummer for me since I'm no longer in contention to grabbing that last meeesly point in races. right now I feel I have less impact on this league than the Safetycar still sitting in pitlane....I'm nothin' put 'filler'....sux soo bad....:poop::poop::poop::poop:

Congrats bud and hope one day your able to find the time and return to this league. This week is a sad one as I watch 2 of the guys I respect leave, some would say I should be happy because you and Mark was much faster than me but in all honesty what is the point in racing if everyone your racing against isn't able to push you to your limits and beyond all the time. Thanks for the races though and I'm sure we had a few battles (most likely short and sweet as you most likely past me very easily) but still they was good moments. When you get to my age winning isn't everything, been competitive is important but winning isn't as important any more. Saying that I do love to win and one day I may do that again but for now a great wheel to wheel fight is like winning a race for me, thanks again for the races and look forward to one day seeing your name above one of the starting 16, good luck bud and see you around.
