Thanks to everone that showed up....Does anyone know somebody looking for a job.........I fired my entire pit crew !!!!!......twice I went in to change from wets....and twice they gave me new wets !!!!!!........It took me a third try and me getting out of the car and showing them what tires I wanted...geessshhh.....

I will apologise for tapping out of the race only a 3rd of the way through, but I felt totally spaced out even before the race, not a bad quali but the wet race just proved too much for me.

I think the first 6 of us were within 1 sec in quali?

I was totally paranoid in the wet conditions of screwing things up, maybe a little too cautious as after starting 4th, I was mugged off and down to 7th by the end of lap 1. Ive not done any wet praccy and it showed.

I think it was mattie, scott and me going into T2 and only me and scott coming out? I was very careful to try and give room to scott to give room to mattie. Is that where your penalty came Scott? I must say I wasnt aware of any contact with you at any point.

You were harrassing me badly after your drive through, so much so I made it very easy for you to pass me as I knew I would end up cracking, and figured I would just try and stay with you instead. Easier said than done, as on 3 consecutive laps, my spoiler went from yellow, to orange to red, just clipping T2 each time. Once it was red, the car was awful. I slid across T3 and 4 and decided to floor it and write off the car, but it didnt! I just got a penalty, and ended up facing the wrong way with Derek baring down on me. I flipped it round and decided to end it all at the bridge.

It's the second corner I think we need to be worried about - most difficult start of any GP imo. Anyone trying their luck with a brave one up the inside I fear is going to push people into the wall, so let's hope that's not going to happen!

I was practicing really well on this track until I bought Dirt 3... oh dear! Getting back into it tonight - if anyone sees me on and wants a practice online quali / race just send a message

It may not be the hardest turn to go through but it still is turn 1, so turn 2 is the one to be extra, extra careful in tomorrow

if i can give 2 bits of advice about turn 2 (from recent experience):

1. if you find yourself on the inside, take PLENTY of kerb as you turn in because you can bet your life someone will be turning in from the outside (normal) line and they will not see you or be expecting you to fight for the corner from there (fair enough)!
2. if you are on the outside turning in and want to MAXIMIZE your chances of getting through cleanly, when you turn in, stay left and leave space on the inside...just in case. after all, from this position you still have the inside for the next 2 corners.
3. pray...

i hope to race cleanly and fairly. it's going to be a CRACKER OF A RACE !!
can we change it to a 100% race / heavy rain ??
NOT !!!!!!!!!!

P.S. whoever said maybe have a rolling start... not quite as tense and exciting BUT probably alot smarter.

this is our second baby now, the first one (boy) took 52h to come out to this world so my wife is only hoping for a quick delivery this time, he's almost 3years old and he already loves driving on my G25 which makes me very happy indeed

52 hours !!!!! holy s#*t. i thought my 1st at 18 hours was long. Well the good news Bartek is the 2nd one is always easier and quicker. our 2nd took only 10% of the time...which means yours will be 5h20m...lets see how close i am haha

Test subjects have reported seeing girls where there was no girls , getting an overwhelming urge to jump in their car and drive really really fast , they also appear to suffer a loss of depth perception and slow reflexes , and are reporting flashbacks days after consumption......

To sam. Ill race every day if we can! But a sunday championship sounds the goods. Weekly. there are my suggestions. Starting say midday or evening 8 9pm. I dont see the harm or advantage or disadvantages having assists on. If anything it'll advantage those using wheels as i still use controller Prob Racing line off for the brain pit box off always pit limiter mixed between races damage always full. collision is a tough one, could save some feuds?. Dynamic weather always. Qualifacation and race obviously. Mix up the tracks per week? 20 to 40 percent distance? just some suggestions mate. Equal cars always. even possibly tire and fuel off, creates maximum thrill i think. just my opinions you could consider or maybe we have a vote. Dunno get it started. Its sunday tomorrow get on it maybe a few practice runs? Cheers jake schmidt/ calaisz17/ redbull or renault.
