Hey good race everyone,was going alrightish for me until I took too much curb on final corner around lap 20 i think and destroyed my car on the post. stupid really. Couldnt work out if you'd pitted by this point Brian? Thought you might have started on primes? anyway it was fun trading lap times for a while! Was good fun anyway hope to do it again soon.

Well done to Wayne he was to fast for us, think he was a lot faster than us by about 2 seconds a lap,had a really bad start from qualifing in third then ended up at the back time i got into second place through errors by james, and Peter, it was far to late to catch wayne so just got my head together and to settle for second place, then noticed james was catching me so had to try and get more out of the car.

I think there was some contact on the first corner but dont think it affected the out come of the race.

James i started on the option tire and pitted on lap 7.

Sorry Gary about you hitting the wrong button and leaving the room by mistake.

Well that was fun for my first serious race
Thanks to Brian for hosting it, a pity we couldn't have had more players. A fair exchange of positions throughout the race.
I managed to lose the plot after a few laps going from 2nd to last but ended up 3rd due to retirements.
I guess Wayne was using manual gears as he was wickedly fast?
Look froward to the next time.

Could I possibly have run out of gas during qual?? After about 3 or 4 laps the car was just limping along. I pulled off and hit menu hoping "end session" would take me to the garage and wait till qual was over ( there was only a minute left). When I pulled off should I have just waited till qual had expired? And host puts me on the grid for the race?

Good Race All but ad the last 2 rounds my gas meter was doing weird dunno about you guys but my last round i was out of gas lol i was driving very slow and couldnt do anything about it i dont understand cause when i runned with prime tyres my gas wassnt going down and i took options after and then it was just like that the gas meter was down and couldnt go any further yea like 50 Km/h lol
Any way good race and hope to see some more of this races.

I think this can happen did you use your own setup, and where you running your engine fast i kept mine at cruise to save fuel.

Oh yea i had it on Fast all time i dont change that this is the first time i got out of fuel lol but do you really think that should safe fuel?

I did not join this race, but I recall that this is the only track where I also encountered fuel issues on 50% race last month. When I saw it turn yellow I put it on standard and when it was red on last lap I did cruise. Does not matter what setup.

No I don't think so, its adds a bit of realism, as real f1 cars also needed to manage their fuel to finish the race.
