Shame that coz i really was looking forward to fighting u on track again. Its been so long lol, even if i was going to be destroyed haah.

I hope ppl dont jump all over DS and beat him up over this, hes stated his view on this and he clearly believes some sort of control has to be put over the physics mods, and if that means he chooses not to race online, then so be it.

Like him, i think RD shouldnt release physics mods until that time when mismatches get noted. Its not coz of whats out there at the moment, but what is probably to come. I however intend to drive just coz i enjoy it so much

Thank Ibrahim, was looking forward to it myself but i just dont feel there is any point at the moment and has killed my motivation when hearing about no Anticheat support etc.

We do need some sort of control indeed until/if CM release something to control it.

Hi there, after my poll results for removing physics mods etc from site. Ive decided not to race on sunday or in future until there is some kind of anticheat support in place. There is no point really as even a simple 5% increase tyre grip etc might not be noticable but will make a big difference when competiing online.

Thanks and hope we get something sorted soon.

Really sorry to hear that David. imo your are only denying yourself the fun of online racing. Here at RD the racing club is a friendly environment where we race together, have fun together and play fair. Hope you will change your mind and join us for some great online racing fun in the near future

this sounds good, can u set up a private pole position lobby so we can watch the monitors and compare lap/sector times, i drive with no assists got a decent grasp of the game. however master is not what i would describe my teaching style, advanced kindergarten specialising in automotive techniques is more like it.

i have 5 tracks lined up for your enjoyment tonight Melbourne, Istanbul, Silverstone, Spa and Yas Marinas so if you want to get some practice in now then feel free i'll start adding people at around 6:30 and i'll start at 7 cool

Oh and my headset is broken so if i'm not talking you will understand why.

1st race for me too here but without practicing the track before the race! LOL! Now I see what the game offers (TT <> Race)! Ain't that easy during a race in simulation mode! And that's what I like! For sure next time i will train before joining a race! Anyway it was good fun!

Hey,

that was nice... Just my driving was awful. I am just curious what aids you guys had on , if any and what view? Not that I would have driven that much better, but since I turned off ABS I'm having a hard time with the corners (breaking too late, lock up ) . Even in the career I feel like a total tool.

So I use:

- No TC
- No ABS
- breaking line on
- cockpit view
- wheel

Thanks to all and hopefully we get more pilots to join next time.

I wouldn't mind i only got the hang of no TC about an hour before the actual event which was nice because it was wrecking my head before hand lol

But i would just like to thank everyone for participating and hopefully i can get a full roster next time around

i dont think so i havent seen one but the pole position mode is a good idea as we can compare times with each other and hand out some advice for cornering and so on.
