I was finished quite early half way in the race driving in 3rd position Complete powerfailure here in our block and I was suddenly in the dark lol

I great fun: i was pretty bad the first half of the race, i think i spun the car the first 10 laps at least 7 times.... after half way, i got a rythem and could get in some consistent laps. Finished 4th after Bram went lost and i managed to pass Frans in the last laps!

Ok, after tonight's event, the following settings are final for the time being:

Fuel and Tire simulation on, damage off. Keeps those nasty punctures away, hopefully they will fix that soon in a patch

These longer races really are fun...and strategy does show through.

I struggled to heat my tyres at the start of the race, but as they warmed up, my pace improved. At the pitstop i ran into my front jack man, so the stop took 8 or so secs, which let ralf jump me.

But now i knew I was in the driving seat (haha) on the new option tyres and plenty of max boost left

I past ralf as he understeered at the hairpin then put in a 1 34 0. After that i turned the boost down again and controled my pace to the flag.

Yes nice race indeed, I guessed your strategy as you pitted the last third of race, Ibrahim, knew you were on options so I decided to give you a clean pass there, even as we exited side by side I lifted the throttle as I knew you were burning down the track way faster than me. Just don't wanted to risk something. Always prefer bringing it home in one piece for me and everybody else. Also calculating with your decreasing grip towards the end but you were constantly pulling away till finish with more than 8 secs.

Hi there, after my poll results for removing physics mods etc from site. Ive decided not to race on sunday or in future until there is some kind of anticheat support in place. There is no point really as even a simple 5% increase tyre grip etc might not be noticable but will make a big difference when competiing online.

Thanks and hope we get something sorted soon.

Had fun in my first F1 2010 race ever....
What a totall different mod compaired with the MAK,
Had a nice fight in the last lasp with Maurice.
For the rest i was driving very lonesome. But good for mastering this game/mod.

I finished and thats a + ;-)

Shame that coz i really was looking forward to fighting u on track again. Its been so long lol, even if i was going to be destroyed haah.

I hope ppl dont jump all over DS and beat him up over this, hes stated his view on this and he clearly believes some sort of control has to be put over the physics mods, and if that means he chooses not to race online, then so be it.

Like him, i think RD shouldnt release physics mods until that time when mismatches get noted. Its not coz of whats out there at the moment, but what is probably to come. I however intend to drive just coz i enjoy it so much

well i could certainly use some advice on the gears have tried everything else and think i am pretty good but when i change to manual everything just goes to pot. i have a steering wheel and foot pedals so its not like i am trying to do to much with the fingers. keep me posted on when this will be am very interested.
