You know when the backend starts coming out that tapping the brake brings it back in dont you? You dont just have to go with the spin.

I know its been mentioned, but I think 0% deadzone gives you better overall throttle control, may as well know that it starts getting loud as soon as you touch it rather than 'somewhere' further down the travel of the pedal.

Yeah i know the control spin hehe, i learned that hard way with that

im on 20% now, this is all still new to me and kinda hard... so i will gradually work my way down to 0% deadzone, i should be there within 4 days

Weird isnt it how folks differ - I mean losing auto gears was the first thing I did, long before turning off ABS and TC. Im not saying you're wrong so please dont think im being critical - its just I think manual gears help you when you dont have ABS or TC - so mastering gears first makes handelling the car so much easier when you switch off the ABS and TC.

I think you will have to learn how to handle the car all over again when you do switch to manual and that will be more difficult.

The first thing I did when I got the game was to turn off ABS and TC but have been running with auto gears all the time, it's just recently i've been testing with manual on a couple of tracks that i know well. I'm finding it a bit of a challenge....but it's probably just a matter of learning to cope with it.

For now i think i'll stick with auto until i can reach a better pace in the races, want to battle for the podium and not middle/lower end results
Sometimes i wish i could play this game all day long, because i relly enjoy it

Well, that's actually hard to know...:tongue: When i'm hosting almost everyone gets in the lobby,and stays connected even during the loading leading to the garage. There's a couple of people that i know of having trouble connecting to me but i belive the problem must be at their end or it's some other bug that's causing it.

There's of course the usual drop out during race but that's beyond my control. I have a very stable connection, so far it has never gone down during a race. (hope i didn't jinx it now) :eek:
