For example medium damage:
1.Unpack downloaded archive.
2.In unpacked folder open F1 2019 Extreme & Realistic damage mod\ F1 \Copypaste if you play with default skins\ 2.Medium
3.Copy "2019_asset_groups" and paste into (your Steam folder)Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019. It will ask about overwriting files, then click "yes".
4.Done, launch the game and play. Multiplayer will not work with installed mods.

Open xml's with any text editor, find damage lines, edit as described in description of damage mod and import into erp's as described in manual installation tutorial.

I use mod, that changes the VTF (I do not know the editing as it is done by another person), which command line to tinker, just to leave the most combative cars of your mod, without changing on other things ??

All lines in sections <F1SuspensionDamage> and <F1WingDamage>.
