F1 2019 Extreme & Realistic damage Update 9

Increased sensitivity of F1 Realistic option(a little bit more crashes). AI too careful in this year.

Renamed options: old "Realistic" now called "Medium", "Less sensitive realistic" - now "Realistic".

Added F2(extreme & realistic).
Note: F2 AI very rarely allow contacts between each other, and rarely have crashes.

Added less sensitive option.
There is 3 options now: Extreme, Realistic and Less sensitive realistic.
