no it is not. multiplayer will become unplayable with a non-2014 season mod installed.

it is possible to organize single race but it is limited to 16 players, check on game You'll see...
didn't you read my answer clearly? WITH ANOTHER SEASON MOD INSTALLED. this means the database has changed, which corrupts multiplayer feature.

did you check in game ? I checked and it is possible to play single race on multiplayer. check in game, it is possible

When you change the database, it is impossible to play online. That's it
I also already have f1 2014 on steam, it's not possible to play multiplayer with mod database
Follow these steps:
1.open multiplayer
2.open LAN
3.open create session
4.set host options
5.after that click create session
and that's what i have on mind.
Championship can be organized with separated races, one by one and someone needs to be first to create host and players are limited to 16.

Dude, LAN is Local area network. It means multiplayer on same internet connection like maybe your friend right next to you or in another room on different pc and not 16 guys from different parts of the world.

even if you created the server noone could join becuase we are all in different countries and NOT CONNECTED TO YOUR INTERNET

Normaly LAN Games are limited to your Network. Nobody from the Internet can Connect.
There is a extra Tool named Hamachi that allows to play LAN games over the Internet.
So everybody needs to download and install hamachi and Join the same hamachi netwok and then you are virtually on the same LAN.

yes, but on the ORIGINAL GAME only. no mods installed.
