i think it would be an idea to have the MP4-30 livery on the Mclaren. Why did someone do it on the RB10?!

Because McLaren's texture is more restricted than before. Hope this helps.

I would highly assume that it's impossible even with the RB chassic due to the mirrored parts and the parts which are connected to each other in the template.

I mean, i did a carbon fibre Red Bull and the results were ok, with the right dazzle texture, this may be achievable, even if the results are not perfect.

You cannot compare applying a single carbon texture to the whole car with a complicated design. No way it would look good. The result would be poor. Just try it yourself if you don't believe me. This design looks more like a graffity than a simple texture. You would have to remake all of it from scratch.

I wouldn't say so. That's not what needed. As I said a handmade paint would be the best,but that would require a completely unrestricted livery which doesn't exist for this game.

I've tried using a dazzle texture on a helmet before. It looks good and is easy enough to produce. If you were to make the texture small enough, maybe even on the merc chassis, I think it would be possible. Anyway, this is my personal belief, you are of course entitled to yours.
