If somehow they expose the data, yes it's possible, however on this particiluar software, from what i see, it's really expensive software and hard to get moreover.
Yes, its expensive software, I bought a Chinese cable, it thankfully had a registered code I can use,
But youd probably have to install and use it it find where and how the data is kept.

Does anyone have good results with using arduino and X25 or x27 stepper motors to create dials? I'm planning on making tachometer with x27. Not sure though how to connect and use on the arduino exactly.

I never tried them, looks like it may require a little electronic for driving it. i've oppened the way since the last release, you can now push the rpm value to the arduino or anything you want and do what you want with it in the sketch : https://github.com/zegreatclan/AssettoCorsaTools/wiki/Custom-Arduino-hardware-support

for driving a X25 with arduino this looks a good starting point : https://github.com/clearwater/SwitecX25/

is it possible to build a cluster out of it and get the digital Epman rpm and turbo gauge to work???
here the gauges:
the rpm gauge:

the turbo gauge

the water temp gauge with the three digits could may be used as KMH / MPH gauge:

could be used as tank fuel gauge:

https://de.aliexpress.com/item/EPMA...cc-47db-b346-0069ac5065af&transAbTest=ae803_3

only whats missing would be a nice gear indicator with 2 digits that i can be used in ETS2 too...

what do you guys think about my thougts?

Hum actually only rpm and boost are supported out of box, moreover turbo data is not available in ETS2, other are possible but only if you feel ready to dig into the arduino code to add them,

Will the E36 support extend to the other dials?
Fuel,temps, speed, RPM?
I actually have a e34 dash and cluster in my garage, so maybe I shouldn't throw it away,
It should work.If the signals have 5 volt like the e36 cluster you can put it directly to the arduino.RPM works very nice.Fuel, temp and speed...I dont know. But its possible and i will try it when my rig are ready. The Pins are not the same like as the e 36 and you will need a 12 Volt Powersupply for the cluster.
https://bimmermania.com/downloads/etms/5-series_e34_(1994).pdf

Masse to minus pol from arduino and 12 Volt Powersupply
Klemme R,15 and 30 to 12 Volt Powersupply.
The signals to arduino if they have only 5 Volt.
So you can control every old cluster which is with hall encoder for rpm and speed.Fuel and Temp are not the same way.But it should work too.I think it could be a change of resistance or the electrical voltage
to drive the temp and fuel gauge.

Yep that's the guilty code i think, I think I've found how it could get stuck and fixed it, and if somehow it get stuck I've added a auto-reset to let the dash start again. I will release the fix in a couple of minutes ;) Time to package everything :D
Cool, won't be able to test it tonight, but probably later this week. will of course let you know if that works on my side.
Thanks again for your always very efficient support.

Hi Wotever,
I've tested your hotfix (5.4.1). Unfortunately I still have an issue on my side. It looks different as before. Now the screen doesn't freeze anymore but after a while (still random I'm afraid) it behaves erratically (by instance the current lap value shows 1.20.....then 1.22... then 1.24 aso... so not smooth anymore and the second screen of the same dashboard which contains a generated static map item doesn't show the cars anymore).

Maybe the problem comes from my side...would be interesting to know if anybody else on this forum has the same problem ?

Anyway don't waste your time with my issue I can deal with, I'm back to the 5.3.1 release which fulfills my needs ;-)

Can you give me a little more info so I can try to test ? It's not wasted time ;) what dash template ? Which game ? And which phone/tablet ?

The behaviour is matching my auto reset pattern. just to explain a little, simhub sends the "frame" changes as fast as possible , the browser replies back when the data has been processed, if simhub detects too much gap between data sent and replies it wait for the reply for 500ms if after 500ms the reply is not here but the connection is still established it will reset the gap counter and start send data again.

It looks like this pattern is occurring in loop.

I've added some logs when this occurs. Could you send me the log files when this happens so I can confirm this theory ?

Many thanks for this super usefull tool!
Works flawless in Assetto Corsa, but i have probleme with it in Dirt Rally.
- got simtools based motion sim, and when i change the ini file necessary to run simuhub, my motion stops:(
any ideas?

You need to change two lines, when you update udp settings you have multiple lines for udp, keep one for simtools, one for simhub, and all will be fine.
You have also the instructions to modifiy simhub port if it is conflicting with with simtools port:
