@Wotever

Many questions and requests :p

To debug (and config any hardware) the recording option is really handy!, is it possible to add a save and load option for it? to playback the recording later on? this for easily testing our hardware?

For everyone, Merry X-Mass to all and your families!. and may 2018 be a new great racing year! :-D

How to fix it?
Arduino mega and lcd ic2
Only two letters can be seen on the LCD. A few months ago it worked

Hi ! I'm sorry I've not totally understood, it's an arduino not in use with simhub ? If it's the case you can blacklist the comport : https://github.com/zegreatclan/AssettoCorsaTools/wiki/TroubleShoot-comport-conflicts
By doing this simhub will not scan it.
Sorry wotever, my English is bad. I do not have the arduino connected to the SimHub. I use it as a keypad. And it happens that sometimes it disconnects.
I have the arduino uno, to which I have assigned two buttons for the shifters up and down, and these are disconnected.

Hi guys!
Is there any tutorial for creating dashboard from scratch? Because I dont really get how the things work . Editing a existing one is easier but I don't see any existing widget when started from scratch...

Thanks!

Hi !

I designed Dashstudio to get a result close to a real dash designer (like motec display designer ) that's why "widgets" are not really native in this mind. Basically you have some kind of "primitives" (pictures, gauge, dial, rectangles, text) and you can make them dynamic by using formulas , you can edit my own dash to see how it's made , you can also copy and paste parts from a dash to another (widgets in particular must be copied as files)

Here you have a short introduction how the formulas works to makes everything dynamic : https://github.com/zegreatclan/AssettoCorsaTools/wiki/Dash-Studio---Bindings
Here you can find how formulas are working :

Merry Christmas :D

.... Flies away for some family Christmas time :) ...

Go to games, select desired game, click play and it should replay the last record you have made of this game, in case you record more than one.

Just a quick Christmas present! I've been sitting on this one a few days as it's a busy time and not had chance to upload before now! Presenting my Dash Studio GT3 pack:
http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/simhub-dash-studio-gt3-dashboard-pack.18845/

Containing dashboards for 4 cars:

Mclaren 650S GT3 (copy of in-game display):

Mercedes AMG GT3 taken from photo of the real car https://i.pinimg.com/originals/9b/5a/46/9b5a467b47cde24ca502b5e93e5b2994.jpg:

Lamborghini Huracan GT3 (can also be used for the R8 as they run the same software by the looks of it) based on this photo: http://image.superstreetonline.com/...2016-lamborghini-huracan-gt3-digital-dash.jpg and a video I found.

Porsche 911 GT3 R (Copy of in-game screen from AC):

Enjoy! Hope everyone has a good Christmas! :D

I found one thing, this application doesnt support ETS2 exactly because I cant seem to get it to work which is an issue for me

UPDATE

It works but I cant get the ETS2 dashboard to work I really wish someone would make a dashboard that works rather than using the Nextion display that I cant figure out!

I'm looking at using a 5 inch screen for my rig and was wondering if anybody knows where I can get a bezel made? There's plenty of free 3D printing plans out there on the net but as I don't have a 3D printer I'm a bit stuck. Any ideas?
I found somewhere to get a mount. If anybody else is interested please take a look HERE.

Hi,
It was a wise decision to raise the minimum donation. Shame on those 1 cent people.
It's easily worth more than the raised minimum. (3 euros are more like a "black friday" price :)

A few days ago I had a question about "rotary switches", it turned out they are not supported.
I use a potentiometer for a selector switch between screens on the display. Much can be done in the arduino code, so I added some lines that now allow me to use the pot as a rotary switch. The greatest part is that it uses only one analog pin on the arduino and can be assigned to even 8 buttons.
My display setup is still not finished, but the buttons now do appear in the SimHub controls panel.
I'm not a programmer, so I was proud I could make it work. In case anyone is interested, here is the code.
It might get supported officially one day. Who knows. ;)
Thank you
