nope still didn't work the launcher is throwing up errors everywhere now

Hmm, the electron failed to install normally has to do with unstable internet connections that en up messing the installation of electron... (or being in China, China doesn't allow you to download electron), you can try some of the solutions proposed here: https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/8466
and here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions...tly-please-delete-node-modules-and-try-instal
Maybe if the tool has created the node_modules folder, try to delete the electron folder that's inside it? Now it's just a guessing game as you have done everything you should... but for some reason it's having trouble installing it.

Same for me as well, no matter how much I try to resize the window I can never scroll all the way down to Williams and Alpha

Hey, maybe some of you who were having the "Could not connect with backend" error and it was your first time using the tool were not doing wrong, it may have been my fault. Try the latest version. Again, sorry for the inconvenience, the last few days have been a mess. I hope this fixes it for you

Normally this has to do with laptops having the scale of the screen up to 150%. Try to notch it down a bit

I would say, download the last version, and if the error still remains delete the node_modules folder and try to run agian. This normally has to do with unstable internet connection

Normally this is due to laptops having scale of the screen up to 150%. Try to put it down to 125% ans it should be okay if the screen is 1080p. It's on your system configuration
