It seems like adding new contracts and adding custom logos doesn't work, unretiring drivers and editing contracts do work though.

I'm struggling to get the new version working, it seemed to want a version of pandas that wasn't compatible with the version of python but I think I managed to fix that issue. I'm now getting an error while running launch.sh saying only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted. Any idea why or how to fix?
