All - Paul W pointed out to me that, if you followed the readme for the 30 car patch, you should actually move your newly created caterham_bak.rfm out of the rFm folder (and into somewhere safe) otherwise the Cat mod appears twice and can cause some confusion.

Sorry if this confused anyone - I'm still a bit new to this rF lark myself, so stuff like this is not beyond the realms of possibility
