James Garner's 1968 Corvette L88s, built and driven by Dick Gulstrand at Daytona, and at other events by Guldstrand and Ed Leslie. Three were built, plus a "street legal" car with reverses paint scheme (white with blue trim).

Garner and the cars were on display after the race

The cars went through several owners over the years til a collector managed to get both Daytona cars and fully restore them. They now appear frequently at vintage events, one of the first was at Sears Point, driven by Dick Guldstrand again.

Thank you for posting these as James Garner and C3 roadsters are among my favorite production cars. I did not know about the white car.
