While we're at it, what happend to the Porsche License agreements? I have seen many models coming out for Forza lately, does this mean that Electronic Arts no longer holds an exclusive contract?

It's a question of desirable cars with consideration to licencing costs, and I'm guessing that it would cost less to have say 5 Brabus and 5 RUF than to pay BMW and Porg for some of their original supacars......:ninja:
Not sure why you mention BRABUS and BMW together...
Brabus is a Mercedes tuner. And it´s just a tuner, it´s not a car manufacturer.
You would need a Mercedes license to build those.
And if you have that i´ll rather take a CLK-GTR then a S-class with 800 hp.

We have a BMW license, why not make as many as possible?
If we get a Porsche license then we take it, why settle for a cheap copy?
RUF isn´t even what it used to be.. back then it was beautiful cars, now they seem like they are on LSD and just produce 1000 horsepower monsters like any other tuner.
Gemballa for instance. Except RUF is a manufacturer.

Who does the high spec BMW builds.....
Alpina you might think off? They are a manufacturer but really their cars are much softer then M cars.

They do have the 6-series GT3 version though. B6 GT3.
