I'd love to give the Honda NSX a thrash. What costs are involved with licencing? I can imagine it's very expensive, but is it done per car or for entire range of cars e.g Civic Type R, Integra, NSX, (not depending on year of production)

nvm there's a thread asking that Q :)

Awesome video, looks like 100% Lee Ross / BSNismo work, hope they pay the man well for it because he has been making professional grade advertisement for games for free for too long. That video is as good or better than anything the huge marketing mill of EA have produced for the Shi(f)t series, that speaks leaps and bounds about the quality. Well all of this assumes it's a Lee Ross video, but I'd be willing to put money on it being just that ^^

I would like to see Kunos snag a licence for the 2013 Aussie V8 SuperCars:
Ford, Holden, Nissan and the Mercs, this would be AWESOME for us Aussies
and every one else, some of the best tintop racing in the world, and a laser Bathurst
to top it off.

that would be awesome, can see iRacing getting there first what with their current V8Supercar but hopefully they'll branch out to other titles.
V8s at Bathurst in the Rain with Real Road technology (in RF2 or AC).....YES PLEASE :D

Quote from a simracer on another forum:

"Physics wise, Dirt 3 is no comparison to RBR. The one thing that RBR totally nails that I have never felt in any other racing game is the ability to feel the cars weight distribution change. This is essential for a rally game in particular. The feedback both through the wheel and visually is incredible. My biggest beef with Dirt 3 was the force feedback, it just felt wrong to me. RBR is the complete opposite. I often know well before a corner if I am going to balls it up because I can feel the car is unbalanced or the weight is in the wrong place coming into the turn. A combination of this tactile feedback and the visuals often causes me to feel forces on my body that just aren't there. The game can trick my brain into believing what my eyes are seeing and my hands are feeling. That is amazing and for me, is what sim racing is all about."

I could never say it better than this fellow did. Applies to RBR Rally and to Netkar Pro in my opinion as well. That is what Asseto Corsa should aim for, regarding physics and FFB.

Good thing he has been working on the MP code last couple of weeks, promising!

I hope they don't only post new screenshots from now on, but also keep us in the loop about the progress of the other aspects of the game.

Despite the usual Google translation imperfections,,, that may be the best interview yet on AC. Thanks for posting it!
